Former 'West Wing' star Richard Schiff has joined the cast of the new 'Criminal Minds' spin-off.
TVGuide.com says the actor, who played Toby Ziegler in 'The West Wing', will play FBI director Jack Fickler in 'Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior'.
The story was first reported by Entertainment Weekly.
Schiff joins Forest Whitaker, Kirsten Vangsness and Janeane Garofalo in the new series.
