Actor Malcolm McDowell is to reprise his role as church leader Britt Stiles in the next series of 'The Mentalist'.
The British actor, who describes Stiles as "a charming, charismatic, deadly character", told TV Guide Magazine that he would begin shooting the series next week.
"I'm obviously some kind of dastardly serial killer type," he joked.
"But I like fencing with ['The Mentalist' star] Simon Baker."
McDowell also paid tribute to Baker's acting skills in the interview.
"I didn't realise quite how good of an actor he is until I worked with him," he said.
"He's very, very skilled. At 11:30 at night, he's still saying, 'No, let's talk about it [the scene],' as opposed to 'Let's get home to bed'. He wants to get it right. And he's right."
