'Criminal Minds' is set for a dramatic new season with a secrets theme running throughout the episodes, according to the show's executive producer.
Speaking to TV Guide, Ed Bernero said: "We will learn that every member of the team has a secret that they try to keep from the others."
"In some cases, they're successful. In other cases, it threatens the trust and fabric of the group."
