'Glee' creator Ryan Murphy has hinted that pop singer Britney Spears may make an appearance in the show.
According to Cosmopolitan, Murphy confirmed that there would be a Britney-themed episode but could not give any more details.
He said: "I sort of don't want to say what we're doing yet because it's not airing until September but we're paying tribute to her in a fun and unexpected way."
"The entire episode is Mr Schuester saying, 'I don't want to do Britney! I don't want to do Britney!' We're doing it in a really fun, hallucenogenic way."
When asked if Spears would appear in the show, Murphy said: "I can't say. Isn't that terrible? That will launch 1,000 stories!"
