Former 'X Factor' stars John and Edward Grimes have reportedly struck up a friendship with footballer Wayne Rooney.
According to The Sun, John recently approached Rooney at a hotel in London, asking for an autograph, with the pair later hanging out with the football star.
A source said: "The boys were staying in the Mayfair Hotel on Sunday and Rooney was there with his manager. They got talking and ended up hanging out all night."
"The boys were just drinking water, though. Their album is out today and they were in the mood for a party."
"Wayne invited them to use his box at Old Trafford any time they want it."
"It could be a dangerous offer - they might be there every week!"
