'Lost' star Henry Ian Cusick is to play the potential love interest for one of the characters in 'Law & Order: SVU'.
TV Guide reports that Cusick, known to millions for his portrayal of Desmond Hume in 'Lost', will play graphic artist Erik Weber in at least two episodes of the next series.
When the show's executive producer Neal Baer was asked if sparks would fly between the character and Detective Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) he replied: "There might be some flirtation. Erik meets Olivia when he comes to someone's aid. And then we'll see how it goes. Olivia is devoted to her job and knows that comes first."
