'Coronation Street' legend Bill Tarmey is to publish his autobiography later this year.
The Press Association reports that 'Being Jack - My Life on the Street and Other Adventures' will be released in October by Simon and Schuster.
Kerri Sharp, Senior Commissioning Editor for Non-Fiction at Simon and Schuster, told the Bookseller magazine: "The book is a must for fans of both 'Coronation Street' and of classic British TV."
Sixty-nine-year-old Tarmey is leaving 'Coronation Street' later this year, with his exit storyline expected to tie in with the soap's 50th anniversary celebrations.
