According to Now magazine, she was joined by her female pals to celebrate her forthcoming wedding renewal at The May Fair Hotel in London.
Katie, 31, was snapped leaving the bash with a huge pink cake, complete with a Barbie-style figure on top.
The party-goers are thought to have been treated to a strip show during the bash.
Katie and husband Alex Reid, 34 - who became man and wife in Las Vegas in February - are having their marriage blessed on Saturday.
