Cheryl Cole has reportedly been approached to appear on the hit US dance show 'Dancing With The Stars'.
According to a report in Mirror, producers want the singer to team up with her rumoured boyfriend, Derek Hough, on a future season of the programme.
It is thought that Cole's representatives have been consulted over the possibility of the 27-year-old starring in series 12, which is expected to launch next March.
Series 11 - due to air later this year - is already thought to have been ruled out by Cole's agents because it would clash with her X Factor commitments.
A source said: "Her US team think it will be a great move for her and increase her profile Stateside. Partnering her with Derek too would be a masterstroke and they want her to give it serious thought.
"Derek danced with Cheryl on her recent tour and enjoyed a sultry ballroom dance in her 'Parachute' video so the chemistry is certainly right."
Hough has worked as a professional dancer on the programme since its sixth season in 2008.
