Gordon Ramsay has reportedly being forced to close one of his pubs as a result of falling profits.
The chef, 43, is shutting gastro pub The Devonshire in West London and it comes after parent company Gordon Ramsay Holdings recorded a £4.3million loss last year.
The firm blamed the closure on the recession.
A spokeswoman is quoted in The Sun as saying: "The Devonshire pub has not been meeting our expectations for a while and we have taken the decision to close it while we consider future plans."
Ramsay, whose wealth is said to have fallen from £70million to £40million, has been criticised for over-reaching himself with four television shows and 12 restaurants.
He also has franchises in the Middle East, Far East and most recently Australia.
