Colette Fitzpatrick has announced she is expecting her first child.
The TV3 News anchor has been married for the last four years to station manager Niall McDermot.
"We’re delighted with the news and looking forward to the birth of a healthy baby in November," Colette told today’s Evening Herald.
The presenter is four and a half months pregnant.
