Steve Jones is reportedly being considered to host the US version of 'The X Factor'.
According to The Sun, the presenter is now being named as one of the favourites to land the job after impressing producers.
A source said that Jones was considered "recognisable" in America because of his romances with stars such as Hayden Panettiere and Halle Berry.
Dermot O'Leary, who currently hosts the UK version of 'The X Factor', previously said that he believes the job will go to an American television presenter.
