Music mogul Simon Cowell has introduced his 'X Factor' co-judge Cheryl Cole as Cheryl Tweedy at the latest auditions for the new series.
The Mirror reports that Cowell surprised the audience at London’s Excel Centre on Tuesday by using the singer’s maiden name rather than her married one.
He is reported to have said to the crowd "Who would like to hear from Cheryl... Tweedy? It is, now, isn't it?"
The singer filed for divorce from her husband, footballer Ashley, last month. The couple separated in February.
