Brian McFadden flew to Ireland, and took his daughters to their First Holy Communion this weekend.
The Irish Independent reports that the 'Australia's Got Talent' judge was joined by family and friends on Saturday in the Church of the Nativity in Beaumont for the mass at which 8-year-old Molly and 7-year-old Lily-Sue made their First Communion.
Speaking afterwards McFadden said "I was very proud of my girls. I remember making my communion and it was overwhelming to see my own girls standing there today."
He also described how daughter Lily-Sue had fallen asleep during mass saying "she’s just like her father."
After mass the family marked the occasion with a private party at Brian’s mother’s house. The girls’ mother, Kerry Katona, did not attend the Mass.
