The wife of 'Dexter' star Michael C Hall has told the Associated Press he is "fully recovered" from Hodgkin's lymphoma and has returned to work.
Jennifer Carpenter described her husband, who revealed he had cancer in January, as "incredibly brave".
While receiving treatment earlier this year Hall won the Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild awards for his performance in 'Dexter'.
The 38-year-old is currently shooting the film 'East Fifth Bliss'.
