Lorraine Kelly has been told by GMTV bosses that she must start working five days a week, according to a report.
Currently Kelly works just Mondays and Tuesdays as her Wednesday and Thursday shows, 'GMTV With Lorraine', are pre-recorded.
According to a report in the Mirror chiefs are keen to introduce a studio audience and air the show five days a week.
Kelly lives in Dundee in Scotland but travels to London early in the week for the show.
The newspaper quotes a source as saying "At present Lorraine is in the studio two days a week and after filming returns to her family in Scotland or her holiday villa in Spain. Under the new format she won't be able to do that. It has been made clear to her that she'll be needed for the whole week."
