Actor Mel Gibson and Russian musician Oksana Grigorieva, the mother of his five-month-old daughter, are reported to have split up.
A "close friend of the couple" told People magazine that the split was amicable.
"They just drifted apart," said the source.
"They’re both working hard on their careers and trying to raise a sweet baby together. They're still friends and they'll both raise Lucia together," the source added.
Grigorieva and Gibson were together for a year.
Gibson is currently filming 'How I Spent My Summer Vacation' in Mexico.
