Actress Billie Piper has praised the new assistant in 'Doctor Who', describing her as "gorgeous".
Speaking on 'GMTV', the actress, who previously played the Doctor's assistant Rose Tyler, said that she loved new star Karen Gillan.
Piper said: "I think she's great, I love her, she's gorgeous."
