The former girlfriend of Michael Fassbender has asked a court in LA to dismiss her petition for a restraining order against the Irish actor, according to a report.
TMZ claims Sunawin Andrews asked an LA County Superior Court judge yesterday to dismiss the petition which she filed last month.
The petition had made several claims against the 32-year-old actor who grew up in Co Kerry in which she sought to have the star of 'Inglourious Basterds' kept at least 100 yards away from her.
Fassbender did not comment at the time of the petition. However his father, Josef, said he was shocked by the claims saying "I don't know where she is getting this story from, Michael is the most gentle man you could ever meet."
Andrews has now dismissed the petition and all her claims.
