Mariah Carey's planned album cancelled

It has been reported that Mariah Carey’s planned album has been cancelled.

Digital Spy reports that her 13th studio album, due to be called 'Angels Advocate' will not now be released.

A statement on Mariah Journal said: "[We are] able to confirm that the Angels Advocate album, a Remixed edition of Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel will not be released.

"According to Mariah's management, the album will not be put out in the regular album fashion but they are working on releasing some singles off the album. 'It won't go to waste,' we were assured."
