'Desperate Housewives' star Dana Delany has said that she doesn't think that her character will be killed off.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the 53-year-old actress said that the show's creator Marc Cherry assured her that Katherine Mayfair would not die if she chose to leave the show.
Delany said: "Marc Cherry [promised] he would not kill me off and told me I was always welcome to come back to the Lane."
"I would love for Katherine to pop into town and say hi to the gang every once in a while."
