Cheryl Cole's brother has insisted that the star will not give estranged husband Ashley another chance.
Andrew Tweedy made the comments in an interview with newspaper ‘The Mirror’.
There has been speculation that 'X Factor' judge Cheryl could forgive Ashley after reportedly agreeing to meet up with him within the next few days.
Andrew said: “They are going to divorce and there is no two ways about it. I believe the house is going up for sale and she is going to get it sold as soon as possible and move on with her life."
Cheryl has reportedly been speaking to her ex-partner in telephone conversations.
Andrew said: “As far as I am aware they are talking about the practicalities of the divorce. There is no way back for Ashley.”
Cheryl last month announced that she had dumped the Chelsea footballer following allegations that he had cheated on her with a number of different women.
She recently returned to work by filming a TV advert and performing on the Danish version of ‘The X Factor’.
