Cheryl Cole will reportedly fly to France for crunch talks with estranged husband Ashley.
The Sun claims the 'X Factor' judge agreed to his pleas for a meeting - on condition it is on neutral ground.
Cheryl, 26, will now reportedly fly to the South of France, where Chelsea star Cole, 29, is in rehab after an ankle injury.
A source told the paper: "Cheryl wants to be tough with Ashley and believes that will be easier on neutral territory."
It will be their first meeting since Cheryl dumped Cole for allegedly cheating, but she plans to give him just 15 minutes to state his case.
The source added: "She'll listen - but not for very long." Cole is apparently bombarding Cheryl with texts quoting lines from her own songs in a desperate bid to win her back.
The Sun claims one text said: "We've got to fight for this love."
Worried Chelsea bosses have apparently sent two team aides to keep watch on Cole amid fears over his fragile mental state.
