With the killer of Archie Mitchell set to be revealed on the live 'EastEnders' episode next week, young star Charlie Hawkins has been having fun with one of the soap's biggest storylines.
Speaking to the Press Association the 18-year-old, who plays Darren Miller, joked that he had been cast as Archie's killer because he would be the least suspected.
Miller said: "I just do everything on the Square - got Heather pregnant, killed Archie. It's me. No-one suspects me, that's why it's going to be such a great live show."
His co-star Himesh Patel, who plays Tamwar Masood, added: "It's not you, is it? It's your son - baby George."
The 30-minute live episode will be broadcast on Friday, 19 February, with both actors saying that they do not know the identity of the killer and will only find out during the show.
