'Coronation Street’s Rosie Webster is reportedly about to become a WAG by bagging herself a footballer
Rosie, played by Helen Flanagan, whose ambition is to be a glamour model, has already posed for a series of saucy snaps - enraging her mechanic dad Kevin.
And, in scenes to be shown next month, she starts seeing hunky "footballer" Kyle Dimitri, bragging to regulars in the Rovers: "I was so born to be a WAG."
But, according to The Mirror, Rosie's dreams of fame and fortune are quickly dashed when she realises Kyle is not a Weatherfield County player after all - he's just the bloke who sells burgers outside the ground.
By coincidence actress Helen Flanagan has reportedly also become a WAG - after being spotted out and about with Chelsea footballer Scott Sinclair.
Flanagan reportedly even braved the cold to watch her new boyfriend play in the FA Cup this week.
Sinclair is currently on loan at Wigan Athletic and Flanagan, 20, was one of just 5,519 fans who turned up to watch the evening game.
According to the Daily Mirror, the couple have been seen together in various clubs and restaurants around Manchester and a Street source confirmed they had enjoyed a series of dates.
The source added: "It is early days but they seem to really like each other.
"They are both young and are just having fun at the moment, but they do get on very well together."
