'American Idol' judge Kara DioGuardi has denied rumours of a feud with popstar Katy Perry.
The rumours were sparked by a disagreement between the pair when Perry appeared on the reality show as a guest judge.
According to Us magazine, DioGuardi said: "People actually think that I was upset by this - like there was tension."
"I think that it's really good that she disagreed with me."
"I think that it's important that people have different opinions or else who wants to watch the show? It'd be boring. It's Katy. I've known Katy for a long time."
