Victoria Beckham has reportedly been offered £25 million to design a fashion hotel in Dubai.
The Daily Mirror reports that the former Spice Girl was approached by the ruler of Dubai Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid al-Makoum, who had earlier met her and husband David during a holiday.
The hotel will sit on the Isla Moda - a fashion-themed isle off Dubai, and Karl Lagerfeld is also thought to be involved.
However, Posh may turn down the lucrative offer because she fears she won't have enough spare time to do the job justice.
An insider explained, "The fee offered to Victoria was astronomical. She was absolutely stunned. If she accepts the offer, she wants to be very hands-on and involved with all the decision making."
