'Dexter' star Michael C Hall has revealed that he is receiving treatment for cancer but the disease is in remission.
In a statement, the 38-year-old said that he is "on the road to completing what has been a successful treatment for Hodgkin’s Lymphoma".
"I feel fortunate to have been diagnosed with an eminently treatable and curable condition, and I thank my doctors and nurses for their expertise and care," he added.
Hall will attend the Golden Globe Awards this weekend, where he is nominated for Best Dramatic Actor and 'Dexter' is shortlisted for Best Drama.
The fifth series of 'Dexter' goes into production later this year.
