'EastEnders' fans will see a marriage put to the test in the soap later this month.

The Daily Star reports that newlywed Amira Masood (Preeya Kalidas) will find herself drawn to new Albert Square arrival Danny Mitchell (Liam Bergin).
Viewers will see them in a passionate embrace in an alleyway behind the Queen Vic, with Danny keen for things to develop. Amira struggles with her actions and whether she should tell husband Syed (Marc Elliott) the truth.
Syed was having an affair with Christian Clarke (John Partridge) before his wedding and admitted to his mother Zianab (Nina Wadia) that he was gay.
