Fired 'Apprentice' Lucinda Kelly has hit out at the presentation of the TV3 programme.
Speaking to the Evening Hearld, Lucinda said that high profile fights and romantic relations took away from the business acumen of the 'Apprentice' candidates this year.
"I was a bit disappointed. It turned into a bit of a 'Big Brother'-type programme with the cameras following us back to the house," she said.
"I went on as a business person and bringing in the fights took away a little bit from the business side. Both of the girls have great business skills."
Last week, fired contestant Aoiffe Madden said that she believed she was portrayed in a negative manner on the show.
And Lucinda said that while it was a massive learning curve, the programme ultimately reveals your true personality.
"Yes you can say that you are not a b***, but the public get a good idea of what your character is like in there," she said. "I could say that I'm a much better business person in real life, but I just stood my ground."
The Kildare resident is backing Geraldine to be signed up as Cullen's newest employee.
"She has grown the most on the show," she said. "But I think €100,000 is a lot to give Geraldine. I think if she could go on and get some more education - I don't mean that in a bad way - but if she got some more business experience she would be great."
Fresh from her exit from the show, Kelly has set up her own equestrian business with her boyfriend, army officer Captain Brian Curran-Cournane.
Her company mystable.ie is an online classified site for buying and selling horses.
"I've loved horses since I was four," she said. "Dad made me write a business plan for my first pony when I was 16. I've a business plan forecast for the next six months and will reassess then. But I have great backing and great support."
