Supermodel Kate Moss has sparked outrage by claiming "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels".
The catwalk queen, 35, said the phrase was her "life motto".
Moss told fashion website WWD:"There are loads of mottos. There's 'Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels'. You try and remember, but it never works."
She was blasted by health campaigners who warned her comments could see girls make themselves seriously ill by copying their skinny role model.
Kate Moss has featured on the front of hundreds of magazines and is known for her waifish figure and is rarely out of the newspapers.
She has also modelled clothes for Topshop which has helped boost the store's popularity.
