'Coronation Street' fans will get to see more of handsome builder Jake in the New Year's Eve episode of the soap.
Actor Kenny Doughty initially filmed six episodes for 'Coronation Street', but a spokeswoman for the show confirmed that he would be back on screens on 31 December.

As for 2010, she added: "There could be a future appearance but nothing's been confirmed yet."
In a Twitter post, Doughty wrote: "Pleased to say I'm going back for one more episode on Corrie! Yipee! Will keep nudging them for longer though as I love it on the street!"
Viewers were introduced to builder Jake last week when he was rescued after a roof accident by Michelle Connor (Kym Marsh) and then asked her for a date.
