'X Factor' judge Dannii Minogue has said she posed for Playboy in order to pay off her debts.
Minogue makes the revelation in an interview with Piers Morgan which will be screened on Saturday night on ITV.
The Sun reports that the former pop star appeared on the magazine in 1995 when she was having difficulty paying her rent after her marriage to actor Julian McMahon broke up.
She tells Morgan "My parents didn't want me to do it. My dad was saying, 'Doing this is forever - you can never, ever change it'. Kylie knew why I was doing it. I could have asked her for the money, but it wasn't in my nature.
"I never wanted to admit the trouble I was in. I should have been looking at my finances." Minogue says she does not regret posing for the pictures.
The former pop star also says it took her years to get over the break-up of her marriage to 'Nip/Tuck' star McMahon.
The 38-year-old is currently dating former rugby league player Kris Smith.
