The makers of 'Desperate Housewives' have confirmed that a number of characters will be killed off in the new season.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Marc Cherry has said several characters will die include one who is described as a fan favourite.
The show’s creator recently said he was planning a major plane crash and it had been reported that he was considering a Lost link-up by using an Oceanic Airlines plane in the storyline.
At the time Cherry confirmed the storyline he had said no residents of Wisteria Lane would die in the crash but he has now told EW that he has changed his mind and several characters will go.
