Former 'The Hills' star Lauren Conrad has agreed a film deal for her debut novel 'LA Candy'.
Variety reports that Temple Hill Entertainment, the company behind the upcoming 'Twilight' sequels 'New Moon' and 'Eclipse', has bought the screen rights.
'LA Candy' tells the story of Jane Roberts, a 19-year-old who finds out about the price of fame when she stars in a reality TV show.
Conrad is to write two more books on the character.
