TG4 announce new autumn season

TG4's new autumn season offers an eclectic mix of award-winning documentaries, dramas, comedies, fashion, GAA coverage, politics and travel.

Amongst the highlights is 'Rásaí na Gaillimhe', a new seven-part contemporary comedy drama series set against the background of Galway Race Week, starring Don Wycherley and Owen Roe.

On the documentary front 'Bóthar go dtí an White House' leads the way. This fast-paced series chronicles the significant Irish involvement in US politics over the past 150 years.

'Teorainn' tells the story of how the Boundary Commissioners drew that fateful line on the map of Ireland almost ninety years ago and its enduring impact on all aspects of life since then.

'Stíl na Réalt' is a fashion series that mixes makeover and celebrity biography. While 'An Jig Gig' searches for the best traditional Irish dancers in the country.

'Cowboys' is a new travel/documentary series that profiles seven legendary Wild West characters (many of whom have Irish roots), while exploring and exploding the myths of the old West as perpetuated by Hollywood.
