Reports linking Kerry Katona with a role on 'Coronation Street' have been dismissed by ITV.
An unnamed source had told the Daily Star: "There are a number of plans for new characters joining the programme and it was felt she could be bang-on [a replacement] for someone like Cilla [Battersby-Brown, the character played by Wendi Peters]."
But Now magazine reports that the 'Coronation Street' press office has said that the story is incorrect.
Now says that 28-year-old Katona is reportedly planning to write a follow-up to her 2006 autobiography, 'Too Much, Too Young'.
