'X Factor' judge Louis Walsh has said that he would hate people to think that he is "phoney" on the show.
According to Love It magazine, Walsh said: "When I'm judging, I'm not afraid to speak my mind even if hurts the contestants' feelings."
"I'm a very honest person and if I don't like someone then I'll tell them. I don't act at all or pretend to be anything else, I'm just me and I like to keep it real because that's exactly what I do with my own acts."
"I fully understand that people either like me or they don't, but I don't care - you can't be liked by everybody and I'd hate people to think I was phoney."
"I hate people who just say what they think the public wants to hear."
