According to The Sun, Sam, played by Danniella Westbrook, 35, turns up in Walford from Brazil this Friday in a tiny mini-dress, claiming that she is an elite glamour girl.
However when cousin Roxy (Rita Symons) catches her after a photo-shoot, it emerges that she is working as a topless model. Sam begs Roxy not to say anything to big brother Phil (Steve McFadden) and mum Peggy (Barbara Windsor).
However Roxy wastes no time in blackmailing her, saying: "You want me to keep quiet? I want a cut. A new top should do."
She adds: "Oh sorry, you don't do tops, do you? Only top-less."
Sam is then forced to admit that she can't even get any topless work in London because the publications claim she's too old: "They turned me down, okay? I'm too old, I've lost it.
"I can't even do that. If I ain't got my looks, what else have I got?"
However Sam quickly gets her claws into ex-hubby Ricky Butcher (Sid Owen) and young Jay (Jamie Borthwick) isn't immune either.
An insider told TV Biz: "Sam's return is going to be one of the biggest telly events of the year. There will be tears and laughter all round. Danniella and Sid are thrilled to be back together. It's just like the good old days."
