The X Factor

An 'X-Factor' wannabe who missed his chance to audition last year for family reasons will finally get his chance on Saturday night’s show.

Daryl Markham did not audition in 2008 in order to be his brother’s best man only to see him diagnosed with lung cancer and die six weeks later.

Viewers of tomorrow evening’s show will see the 40-year-old fight back tears before singing 'I Don’t Want To Talk About It' at the London auditions.

Also set to appear is Rozelle, who travelled from Trinidad and Tobago for the audition.

The Birmingham audition will see 50-year-old Alan Walton appear with the words to Boyzone it 'No Matter What' scribbled on his arm in pen.

Last week’s show launched a Youtube sensation in Danyl Johnson, whose rendition of 'With A Little Help From My Friends' has received over 2 million hits.

'X-Factor' airs on ITV and TV3 at 7pm on Saturday evening.
