Kerry Katona could face a police investigation over footage allegedly showing her taking cocaine.
The 28-year-old returned to the UK yesterday after fleeing to Tenerife following the News of the World's publication of photographs and video material apparently showing her snorting the class A drug in her home in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
The reality star was dropped as the face of Iceland following the revelations.
Last week plain-clothed police officers were spotted at her family home.
Today Cheshire Police said they could not rule out taking further action against the troubled star if presented with new evidence.
The mother-of-four has broken her silence on the matter telling the Sunday Mirror she had let her fans down.
Katona said: ‘I am so sorry and so ashamed of my actions. I know I let everyone down - my fans, my family and people I work with’.
Police sources said officers are planning to pay Katona another visit now her holiday has ended.
Losing the six-figure Iceland contract will not help her financial troubles - last August she was declared bankrupt after failing to pay off a £417,000 tax bill and in May this year she told GMTV that she was ‘skint’.
