'Holby City' star Tina Hobley is three months pregnant with her third child.
The actress, 38, and husband Oliver Wheeler, 39, said the baby is due in March.
Tina told Hello! magazine: "It's what we dreamed of - three's a perfect number."
She already has daughter Isabella, 10, from her first marriage to graphic designer Steve Wallington, and Olivia, 16 months, from her second marriage to PR man Oliver.
And Tina told The Sun that she won't need to hide her bump as the BBC will be writing it into the storyline.
She is reportedly filming scenes where her character Chrissie Williams discovers she is pregnant by younger man Oliver Valentine (James Anderson).
The actress said she is keen to go back to work after the birth and said she has no plans to leave the programme.
She told the newspaper: "I'm definitely come back to filming soon after I've had the baby - maybe he or she could appear in the show."
