Former 'Brookside' actress Jennifer Ellison is four months pregnant with her first child.
The 26-year-old, who won celebrity cooking competition 'Hell's Kitchen' in 2004, told OK! magazine she and fiance Rob Tickle were expecting a baby.
The couple said they were surprised when a pregnancy test confirmed the happy news.
Ellison said the only craving she had had so far was for cola. "We got the shock of our lives when the pregnancy test came up positive, we just had huge grins," Ellison told the magazine.
She said she would favour a natural water birth without pain relief.
Mr Tickle, a businessman who has two daughters from a previous relationship, said they were thinking of having Spandau Ballet's hit ‘True’ playing as Ellison gave birth, as this was the tune she was born to.
