Actor Dave Franco is joining 'Scrubs' for the new series.
Franco, the younger brother of 'Spider-Man' star James Franco, will play a medical student named Cole.
The Hollywood Reporter says that Cole is "charming, conservative, confidently stupid and incredibly entitled" and gets on the wrong side of Dr Cox (John C McGinley) because of his arrogance and wrong decisions.
Franco's other credits include 'Superbad' and the TV series 'Privileged', 'Do Not Disturb' and 'Greek'.
