Singer and actress Jennifer Hudson has become a mother for the first time.
According to People magazine, the 27-year-old star and her fiancé David Otunga welcomed their first child yesterday.
The baby boy, who will be named David Daniel Otunga Jr, weighed 7lbs 14oz.
Hudson's representative Lisa Kasteler said: "The baby is beautiful and perfect. His parents are ecstatic."
