Actor Gerard Butler has revealed that he had a celebrity teacher for his dance scenes with Katherine Heigl in their new romantic comedy 'The Ugly Truth'.
In an interview with TV Guide, Butler said that 'Dancing with the Stars' professional dancer Julianne Hough helped him prepare for the film.
"I took a few lessons because I had no idea what I was doing," he said.
Butler said that he was able to work with Hough because he used to live in the same building as some of the male professional dancers from 'Dancing with the Stars'.
He said Hough had done him a "big favour".
Butler said that his co-star Heigl had no problems with her dancing.
"This lady was just on it and she had it right away," he said.
'The Ugly Truth' opens in cinemas on Friday, 7 August.
