Singer Peter Andre is taking legal action against his estranged wife Katie Price over comments she made during a GMTV interview.
He is taking legal action over comments Price made when asked whether he had been faithful during their marriage.
Andre has always insisted no one else was involved in their break-up.
In his column for New! magazine, written shortly after their split, Andre said: "I can hold my head up high and say I've been 100% faithful throughout my marriage and still am. And any reports suggesting otherwise are totally hurtful and false."
