Jordan says she did try to salvage her marriage with Peter Andre but a "big weight has been lifted" now that the relationship is over.
Speaking on the TV show, 'Loose Women', she said: "I did all my crying while I was married. I was always expecting it to end."
Jordan, real name Katie Price, admits she was unhappy during her marriage to Peter Andre, before the couple split in May after three and a half years.
"For two years, me and Pete – we tried, like any marriage, you do try.
"It was like, 'If you push your luck, I will finish with you.' So I suppose I got to a stage where I was always expecting it."
Price, 31, insists she’s moving on from Andre, 36: "I’m so happy, whether people believe it or not. I have got such a big weight lifted off.
"It’s very sad – it was a fairytale and I was very much in love, and it ended but you’ve got to get on."
The glamour model's spokesman denies she’s having therapy to deal with the break-up.
"As far as I am aware Kate has only had marriage counselling, which she and Pete have always been very open about."
