Ulrika Jonsson says that her €13,000 body makeover has made her happy in her own skin.
Speaking to Hello magazine, the former Celebrity Big Brother winner, 41, spent €7,000 on reducing her breasts to a 32C.
Jonsson said: "The best thing was that my 'new' breasts were actually my old ones, recycled."
"No amount of diet or exercise could have produced them.
"I feel like I've got the breasts of a 16-year-old."
The TV presenter splashed out a further €6,000 on other cosmetic procedures.
"It has taken me 41 years to feel this good. This really has changed my life."
