Big Brother’s Marcus and Freddie are set to face the public vote this week, according to reports.

Digitalspy says the duo received the most nominations from their housemates and could face eviction on Friday night. This is the fifth week in a row that Freddie faces the vote while Marcus is up for the first time.

Three other housemates – Kris, Sophie and Charlie – will also face the public vote after 'Big Brother' punished the trio for discussing nominations.

The trio were offered an opportunity to escape nomination with Charlie being told he could not speak until midnight yesterday. However he fell asleep and when Big Brother sounded an alarm to wake him up, he said "I’m up".

Kris and Sophie were also instructed to stay silent – this time between 10pm and 2am. Kris failed as he hummed during the period while Sophie let out a loud exclamation at one point.

The official list of nominees will be announced this evening on 'Big Brother’s Little Brother'.
